Account Manager

We are searching for an experienced Account Manager to become an integral part of our team. This person will provide day-to-day account management for assigned clients, and is the glue that holds account projects together. The Account Manager will have an intimate understanding of their client’s core business goals and initiatives, and will also ensure that a strong working relationship is established and maintained. This position will manage production traffic with internal team members as well as external vendor partners.


  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, on budget, striving at all times to exceed client expectations
  • Manage integrated programs and direct efforts with cross-functional teams
  • Outline criteria and submit all standard client requests for analytic campaign reporting
  • Facilitate and participate in weekly client calls
  • Invoice clients upon project completion
  • Develop and maintain client service procedures


  • 3 – 5 years’ account management experience in a client-facing role
  • Highly organized in all facets of customer service, team coordination, and administration
  • Ability to work under stringent deadlines without compromising on quality
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task
  • Superior customer service (internal and external)
  • Exceptional proofreading skills
